1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and haybjj ("haybjj", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the haybjj online casino and sports betting platform available at haybjj.app ("the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus offers made available to registered players. Where individual products or promotions carry supplementary terms, those supplementary terms apply in addition to these general Terms and, in the event of a conflict, the supplementary terms prevail with respect to that specific product or promotion.

haybjj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact [email protected] to close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail. All customer support communications, account notices, and regulatory correspondence will also be conducted in English.

2 Age Restriction

Access to the haybjj Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. haybjj takes its age verification responsibilities seriously and employs verification procedures at registration and at key account milestones including, but not limited to, first withdrawal requests and significant deposit activity.

If you have reason to believe that a minor has registered or is using a haybjj account, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate all such reports as a matter of priority. Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gambling platforms.

Age Verification Process

haybjj may request documentary evidence of age at any point. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts under review will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and, potentially, permanent closure.

3 Account Registration

To access haybjj's services, you must create a single registered account via the haybjj Login portal. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number. You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information. haybjj reserves the right to verify all registration details and to request supporting documentation at any time.

• Your registered name must match the name on your payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank account, etc.). Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or rejection.
• You may only register one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Shared-network environments (e.g., university campuses, corporate offices) may be subject to additional verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Notify haybjj promptly of any changes to your contact information via [email protected].
• haybjj reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your haybjj username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party. haybjj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are active will be deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately and change your password without delay.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the haybjj Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). haybjj does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. It is your responsibility to understand the fee structure of your chosen payment method before transacting.

Deposits

haybjj accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal circumstances, though haybjj reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large deposit transactions.

• Deposits are typically credited to your haybjj account within 60 seconds for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Funds deposited on the Platform are intended for genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds for purposes other than gameplay — including but not limited to money laundering or exploiting cashier systems — is a serious violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have been fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. haybjj processes withdrawal requests promptly; bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed the same business day for verified accounts with no outstanding compliance or responsible gaming flags.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical availability.
• haybjj reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• haybjj reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity, age, or source-of-funds verification checks.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the next business day.

5 Bonus Terms

haybjj offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome packages, reload bonuses, free spins, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh cricket calendar, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and any supplementary promotion-specific terms published alongside each offer.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded through any promotion are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contributions are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bets placed on games with an RTP of 96% or above typically qualify fully. Certain high-RTP or low-edge games may be excluded from wagering contribution entirely.
• Sports betting bonuses require minimum odds per selection as specified in the promotion. Cashed-out bets do not contribute to bonus wagering.
• haybjj reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in and commenced wagering will not be prejudiced.

Bonus Abuse

haybjj employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion with other players, and exploiting software bugs. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently closed.

6 User Obligations

As a registered haybjj player, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable obligations set out in these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent account closure and the forfeiture of account balances.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Opening or operating more than one registered account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or circumvents Platform security measures.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, RNG results, or sports events in any way.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing haybjj staff members or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the Platform for which you are not authorised, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or identity verification procedures.

You further agree to cooperate fully and promptly with any verification, investigation, or compliance procedure initiated by haybjj, including providing documentation within any reasonable timeframe specified. Failure to cooperate with a legitimate verification request is, in itself, grounds for account suspension.

7 Account Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your haybjj account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Please note that account closure requests cannot be processed while there are pending withdrawal requests, open bonus wagering periods, or outstanding verification requirements. Once all such matters are resolved, your account will be closed and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

Responsible Gaming Closure

If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — because you feel your gambling is becoming problematic — please state this clearly in your closure request. haybjj takes such requests very seriously and will process them with additional urgency. Players who self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons will be prevented from reopening their accounts for the duration of the self-exclusion period, regardless of any subsequent request to the contrary.

Closure by haybjj

haybjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of closure for cause, haybjj reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately determined to be legitimately earned (i.e., not derived from bonus abuse, fraud, or prohibited conduct), it will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, haybjj, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if haybjj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

haybjj does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond haybjj's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions) may affect Platform availability from time to time. haybjj will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of planned downtime in advance where possible.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or incorrect odds display, haybjj reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the applicable stake to the player's account. No player shall be entitled to winnings derived from a demonstrably faulty game session. haybjj's decision regarding the outcome of disputed game sessions is final, subject only to the formal dispute resolution process described below.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the haybjj Platform — including game outcomes, bonus terms, payment processing, or account decisions — you should first contact [email protected] with full details of the dispute. haybjj will acknowledge your complaint promptly and work to resolve it in a fair and timely manner. haybjj's decision on all disputes is final except where manifestly unreasonable. We strongly encourage players to contact us directly before seeking any third-party escalation.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the haybjj Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
